My Website Maintenance Plans take the stress off of you in keeping your site safe and protected. I’m on your side making sure that month to month your site is protected, updated, maintained, and backed up. And when you’re on my plan, you’ll have a trusted webmaster you can reach out to at any point for help with updates, edits, additions or any potential website issues.
I also combine marketing strategy with all of my maintenance plans so you have your very own marketing consultant to help guide you with recommendations to grow and evolve your business.

What if…
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer maintenance only (hosting not included) plans?
Yes! If you would just like maintenance only, we’ll deduct $15 off any of our plans.
Are there any set up or cancellation fees?
Nope! There are no setup costs and should you ever need to leave the plan, there are no cancellation fees. And the door is always open should you ever leave and decide to come back to the plan.
What happens if I pass on your plan?
If you decide to decline our maintenance plan, there’s a lot that can go wrong. Here are the top reasons I recommend you make sure your website is maintained:
- The site will not be optimized which leads to poor performance, slow loading times and a gradual loss of Google SEO rankings.
- The site’s tools, plugins, themes and WordPress itself will quickly go out of date which is the #1 leading cause of website hacks. It’s incredibly important to keep ALL your website tools and plugins up-to-date.
- You’ll have no backups or restore points so if the site get hacked or breached, you could lose all your content, pages and Google ranking.
You won’t get a monthly report overviewing your site traffic, page views, etc. - Most importantly, you won’t have me as your trusted webmaster to assist you with quick updates, tweaks, website issues, etc. Often you’ll have to try getting a hold of your hosting company for any assistance.
Does my monthly update time roll over?
Negative on this one. The retainer of hourly updates is just covered for that month.
What if my site gets hacked while on the plan?
If your site should get compromised while you’re on the plan – we’ll take care of cleaning the site and getting everything squared away with Google at no extra cost to you.
What if I have updates that require more than my included time?
We’ll always try to get your updates done within your time, but if you have a decent amount of updates we may recommend our Half or Full VIP Days.
What if I pass on the plan and my site gets hacked?
We can take care of getting the site cleaned for an initial cleanup fee of $250 then we can immediately get your site on our monthly plan to make sure it remains clean and protected form hacks.
How fast do you get to the monthly updates?
We aim to finish all website updates within one week. We prioritize our Bloom Plan clients first, then our Grow Plan clients, followed by our Sprout clients.
Can I join your plan if you didn't build my site?
Yes! As long as you have a website built with WordPress, we can support your site.
Note: Since there is a vast array of software that other web designers and developers use, we may not be familiar with your particular set of tools. This means we may need to spend more time researching or may even recommend changing your tools to our recommended ones.

Privacy Policies
The primary goal of most business websites is to generate more quality leads. Other goals can include improving website performance through analytics or to encourage users to register for newsletters. Whether it be because of contact forms, website analytics tools or a newsletter integration, websites are constantly collecting the personal information of its users.
Over the past few years years, privacy laws have been implemented by certain states and countries to protect the personal information of its citizens. Over the coming years, more privacy laws will be introduced. Privacy fines can range from $2,500 up to $7,500 per infringement (which could mean per website visitor).
These privacy laws do not care about where the business is located; they only care to protect their citizens. Many of these privacy laws and bills also do not care about the size of the company. Because of this, we recommend to all of our clients that they consider not only having a Privacy Policy, but also having a strategy to keep it up to date over time.
This is also why we provide a Termageddon license for all of our maintenance clients. Termageddon not only helps you quickly generate a Privacy Policy for your website, but their team monitors privacy laws and can automatically update your policies when the laws change. They are the only Privacy Policy generator listed as a trusted vendor by the IAPP.org, an organization consisting of 60,000 privacy attorneys and professionals. We even use Termageddon on our own website.
We offer setup for these policies for $100 and all plans include a monthly license to ensure your policies stay up to date with changes to the law.

- Includes an auto-updating Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer and more for your website
- Your policies stay up to date automatically
- Receive updates directly from Termageddon when new privacy laws are going into effect
- Receive notifications when new questions need to be answered to ensure you are compatible with new required disclosures
- Attorney friendly – Invite your attorney to review the policies and even ‘override’ sections of each policy to their liking, if they wish. Future updates will be suggested by Termageddon, but they won’t override what your attorney changed without your permission.
Privacy Policy Setup
If you would like Termageddon setup on your site, we charge a one-time setup fee of $100 to create the policy pages, add the code, and ensure your policies stay up to date with the changes to the law. Your maintnance plan will include the monthly license as part of that fee.
