The Process
How we will work together
Getting Started Email
Once we get your contract and deposit we will kick things off with a getting started email. Inside that email will be your project planner, Website Workbook (if you’re writing your own content), and an invitation to schedule your kickoff call.
Kickoff Call
We begin with a kickoff call before diving into the design process. During this call, you’ll get a clear understanding of the process and feel confident as we start your project. We’ll discuss the timeline, schedule design meetings, and set deadlines to keep everything on track. I’ll also walk you through the project planner and answer any questions you might have.
Project Planner Due
Before I can confidently jump into your project, you’ll complete the project planner, an in depth questionnaire that will help me understand your business, audience, design style, and goals.
Branding and Content
Next, you can either upload your branding and content to your project’s Google Drive folder or begin working with our content or brand specialists. If you choose to work with our team, you’ll benefit from a strategy session and two rounds of revisions to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your vision.
Website Design
Once we have your project planner, content, and branding, it is finally time to dive into actually building and designing your website! You wil get three review calls can see the progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with me throughout the project.
Launch, Empower, Support
After making the final changes from our last review meeting, I’ll begin the process of launching your site.
Once your site is live, I want you to feel confident managing it AND have the option of ongoing support from our team. That’s why you’ll receive our Quick Start Guide and Moving Forward Guide to help you manage and grow your website and business. Additionally, you can choose to join one of our maintenance and marketing plans for continuous, month-to-month support.
